I took my car to Central Automotive for the first time recently and was very pleased. Israel and Matt were friendly and explained things clearly. The work was completed in a timely manner and solved the problem, and the price was reasonable. I plan to follow up in a few months for an additional repair.

Good explanation before the work was done and earlier completion of the job then was promised. My questions were answered and the service was great.

Good mechanics who are willing to work with me - sometimes I will do my own repairs if I think I can manage it. Have worked with Matt for a while and with Rob before him. They are my go to guys.

The only place I’ll take my car! Went in for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. They found a leak in right front strut. Matt said that this should not have happened at 30,000 miles. He provided pictures and a quote to repair but suggested I talk to Ford service first to see if they would fix under warranty. Warranty had expired due to time, by about a year, but mileage is under. I appreciate the quote and finding the issue but more than that, Rather than try to sell me on getting it done at Central, his direction to first contact ford was awesome!

Big fan of central automotive. They have diagnosed a problem no one else could, a starter issue 3 other shops missed. Now it's the only place I will go - they are informative and never pushy with my regular maintenance.
