My 2017 Toyota Tacoma broke down on a Wednesday and I used the AAA roadside assistance app, which recommended Central Automotive Service along with a discount. I took them up on it, and AAA towed my Tacoma to their facility overnight. Early the next morning I got a call walking me through their plan to run a diagnostic, and from there I was kept updated at every step. Once they found the issue, the estimate was sent to me right away and I was able to sign it electronically, which made for a fast turnaround. When I came to pick up the Tacoma, everyone was respectful and friendly, and they even introduced me to the technician who did the work. Overall a great experience. I’ll be trusting them with my vehicle going forward.

Central Automotive was referred to me by the shop that does body work for my car. I was having some issues with the check engine light and was looking for someone other than the dealer to perform this type of work. They did a fantastic job and my car almost rides like it's new.
