We have been customers at Central Automotive for 24 years and we have been been absolutely satisfied with the quality of work done and customer service. We were selling our RV and the buyer asked for a vehicle inspection and we called at 4:30 on Tuesday and they got us in at 8:00 the next day. The potential buyer was comfortable with Matt and Israel and the results of the inspection and purchased the vehicle. This kind of service is what we have experienced over the years and quality of work is equally great.

This is the best auto repair/service center in town! I have been taking my car typically to the dealership or a service chain in town, but never really felt great about the level of service I received. I made an appointment a few weeks ago too bring my car on President's Day because I was off of work that day and trying to squeeze in as many errands as I could. I made a 9am appointment and was told that my service would take about an hour and a half. Matt, the owner, asked me to send in a photo of the VIN plate on my door jam ahead of time in order to better prepare for my appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately by Matt and he quickly checked the mileage on my car. Matt explained everything that they would be doing and checking on my car, including a road test, and asked if there was anything I wanted particular attention paid to. Even though the office/waiting room was very clean and orderly, I opted to take a walk while I waited. Just over an hour after I left, Matt gave me a call letting me know that they were all done. There's nothing more important to me than punctuality, especially when it's over delivery of what was stated. Matt walked me through the entire inspection of my car, especially the 3 recommendations that his technician was making for the future. I was showed photo evidence of what was found also! It was such a refreshing feeling to not feel pressured into doing anything unnecessary at a repair shop. In fact, it felt like Matt and his team we're actually advocating for me. It was clear that they valued earning a customer for life, and they have. I've already told several family and friends about Central Automotive and the awesome experience that I had. The best part was I paid far less than I ever pay at the dealership and even less than I have paid at the national chain shop. I can't say enough about the customer service, vehicle service and value that I received yesterday. Thanks guys!

I've taken my car to many places before. This is by far the best service I've had. Very professional, fast and always kept me updated on my car situation. Stress free, easy process and friendly. This is now my go to spot. Matt and staff were very good.
