As usual, you quickly diagnosed and repaired my old(1997) auto and I now feel safe driving it again.

The work was done very rapidly and, considering that fact that the initial installation was done by VW and I would never let them touch the car again I wish to compliment you. In addition the details were worked out while I was in Switzerland which is great. One comment, Rob sent me an estimate for $142 for the work and when it was completed the bill was for $215 - seems a bit of a space for what seemed like a fairly simple job.

Perfect in every way. I wouldn't dream of letting anyone else touch my vehicle!!
