Excellent work and service. Free transportation to service center and back to residence is very much appreciated. Drivers very friendly, as well as good drivers. People in office are friendly and there is always someone around to help the customer. Locaton is centrally located and easy to find. Thr center is has been in business for many years and I highly recommend them to other people who need work on their car.

Central Automotive Service Center has the one sure thing every customer loves: excellent customer service! Car repairs are so nerve-wracking, and I am immensely grateful for the patient, professional manner of the staff at this company. From my first visit, with all of my worries regarding costs, etc., I have been treated with a calm, confident, and courteous manner. Consistently, that has included the people who have met me at the front desk, the mechanics, and the driver who has shuttled me to and from the shop. The repair work has been completed successfully every time. I've also done some pricing comparisons, and Central always comes in at the most reasonable rates. The whole package is second to none.

You all are the best! Seriously, I normally try to support businesses in the town in which I live, but I would never even consider taking my cars elsewhere.

I founf this place by internet and I have to say that Rob is very professional and understanding. I am so happy I took my car here, it was making a noice that everyone knew I was coming. Rob knew right away what may had been the problem and give me afair estimate of what the cost will be. They even took me to work in the shuttle van. I am happy with the service and honesty of this Place.

I feel like they really take the time to try to help you out and charge reasonable prices.

As always the service at Central is excellent. We have many years here with many different vehicles, including visiting family members with emergency repairs. Central has helped us keep our older vehicles in good repair and to live long lives. I rely on their advice. They are always clear about the options available and this has helped us make our decisions about how to proceed.

I was so thrilled with my second visit to your center. I had called and Chuck called me back and I was at dinner so I called the next day and we set up an appt right away. I am going on a long trip by myself so i wanted to make sure the car was in good shape. It had been mentioned to me at my first visit that i would need a battery this summer so i got that...need wipers and got that...had Chuck have them check my fluids, tires and just general look over....what a great team and i will be back time and time again. I will recommend Central to anyone that will listen to me : ) I am so thrilled Walter/Ann recommended you to me. Has i sat in the lounge and listened to the people come in and talk and the phone conversations there was nothing but kindness and calmness going on. When he said my car was ready i was so involved in reading my book I almost wanted to continue to stay and relax........you are the best thanks for taking such great care of my car and my wallet LOL
