I would definitely use again and will recommend to others. Had car towed to Central after breaking down due to a bad alternator that had been diagnosed earlier that day. It was after hours, so I left the car hoping Central (based on existing Yelp reviews and CSAA certification) could fit me in the following day, which was a Friday. Left a message that evening explaining my car's presence in their lot. Matt (owner) called me first thing FRI morning and said they could take a look and do the work. Their SOP is to do a full electrical system assessment before determining cause. Great. It was the alternator and the battery needed replacing too, as it had been depleted due to the bad alternator. Out the door for $670: alternator + 2-1/2 year battery + visual inspection of vehicle, which turned up a few things I already knew about and a few I was unaware of. No pressure at all to address the watch-outs noted in their inspection report (which I received a copy of). Wheel Works had diagnosed the alternator but wanted $650 for just replacing the alternator...and they do tires primarily. Matt is personable, and he and his team are thorough. I'd trust them again with my vehicle. Thanks Matt and team.
