I continue to have great experiences with Central Automotive. Matt has been truly helpful in explaining what maintenance our cars is critical to go forward with right away, and what can be deferred if necessary. Doug has been always been a very helpful and friendly shuttle driver, but this time, he saved us! We had a car with what appeared to be a dead battery, but we could not successfully jump start it ourselves. Doug brought a portable battery power box and quickly helped me get it started. He drove to the shop right behind me to be sure I didn't have any problem getting the car there safely . I am confident that both of our recently serviced cars are in very good shape now. I strongly recommend Central Automotive.... Friendly, personalized, and very high quality service.
