I wish to correct my previous posting. Central Automotive serviced my car correctly. They properly adjusted my belt that was squealing. The belt had been improperly tensioned at Big O Tires, and I thought that was who I was evaluating. My sincere apology.

I would not take my car anyplace else to be serviced. I was in a tight situation and both Rob and Matt made sure that my car was serviced in a timely fashion. It was incredible. Customers are treated with respect, told exactly what is needed. They check with customers prior to doing the service work, then provide an update regarding the progress.
