Great service. Trustworthy. Always accommodating and very precise and clear with findings and recommendations. I am always given options without feeling pressured to have work done either prematurely or unnecessarily. I drive a Volvo, and wondered if I should worry about their expertise when I usually only see American classics up on the lifts. For me, it demonstrates they love cars! Only once did I need to take my car back, and it was a simple issue to correct. As a family, they have worked on a couple of other of cars we owned in the past. Again, no problems.

Great work! Consistently, excellent service, communicate what will be done and what will be needed, I could not ask anything more from a mechanic, and it is a pleasure doing business with them!

Matt made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door along with Mr. Service. Tim worked diligently on my car to see if there were in additional problems to the ones he detected during the test drive and the ones I reported.

They were incredibly busy, and still took the time to make some minor fixes for regular maintenance, which I appreciate.

The service was very friendly and helpful. The tech worked hard to finish the work so I didn't have to leave the car over the weekend. I also appreciate the regular updates on work progress and a full explanation of what needed to be done.

Another great customer service experience. It was easy to schedule an appointment and there was excellent communication during the process.

After suffering thru 1/2 dozen "discount" shop disappointments, we found repair nirvana with the crew at Central. Yes, they charge at market rate, but you can't put a value on this kind of quality work. They fix what needs immmediate attention, and prioritize next steps. Matt and his squad treat customers the right way, and worth every dollar.

I have had my car for about 7 years, 2 of which I always took to the dealer and since have been searching for a place I feel really gets what I need fixed without trying to add anything more. I will continue to take my car here for years to come, as this is the first time in 5 years, I have taken it in, described the noise I'm hearing and picked my car up with the noise gone!!!
