My 14 year old Jeep failed its smog test with 2 diagnostic error codes. Apparently I needed to find an auto repair shop that was able, willing, and certified to fix the problems. I found Central Automotive, called, described the issues and was promised a call back to answer my questions. Within 10 minutes I received the call and made the appointment. Throughout the entire process I found everyone to be friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The biggest delight: they did what they promised. They called when they said they would.
