Excellent Customer Service!! Professional, Fast, Efficient, and Trustworthy service. 1995 Toyota 4 Runner did not pass original smog; timing issue. I also needed an oil change. From scheduling the appointment to picking up my car, I received white glove service. Brian notified me of the repair work (Timing belt replacement) and kept me informed on the progress of the repair work. Once the car was repaired, he confirmed I wanted their vendor to do a SMOG retest and called me to let me know my 4Runner passed the Smog test. My car drives so much better now and I will definitely return for future oil changes and repair work!

The car is a 2009 VW diesel Jetta - yes the very same that has been identified as able to cheat the smog test, nevertheless I have had the car to a VW dealer several times and each time found their service unsatisfactory. Central Automotive now does all of the repair and maintenance on the vehicle, very competently and in a timely manner, in fact I have had them repair problems caused by the mediocre services of the dealer.
