Matt and Cental Automotive have done it again! I'll give them a five-star rating and a gold star. I actually thought about tipping. I've been using Central Automotive for a solid twenty years. Other than warranty work, which was free at the dealership, I have used Central. Frequently they cite an acceptable estimate, and it costs less when I pick up the car. I have sent friends and family, and no one has ever been disappointed. As I have kept cars for fifteen or more years, I think having a good relationship with an auto repair shop is important. I spoke with an employee who turned out to be the owner of this business. There's something about speaking to someone in a position of authority that comes across as a regular guy. My car is in desperate need of service and CASC has jumped very high on my 'consider' list. Not to mention...look at these reviews! They're doing something right over there.

Took my 2012 Kia sportage into Central Automotive and was really impressed with the inspection that came back on the vehicle via text that showed pictures of all the recommended repairs along with the priority associated with each one. Matt and Israel were both really helpful throughout the process. I had my brakes done and filters changed, and everything is now running smoothly. Will be a repeat customer. Thank you.

Matt and Israel at Central Automotive Service Center took the best care of me and and my 2010 Frontier. Long story short: someone drilled into the gas tank of my truck to steal my gas and so I took my truck to Central Automotive to get it fixed. My insurance company was an absolute nightmare to deal with but Central Automotive took everything in stride and was incredible patient with me and the claims adjuster. There were some additional complications with the truck along the way but throughout the whole process Central Automotive Service Center was incredibly communicative, honest, and respectful. The truck is fixed and runs great now. Honestly, I've never been to a shop that so clearly communicated with me and treated me with the utmost respect as Central Automotive Service Center did. I highly recommend their shop and services. Thanks!
