Excellent! I would not go anywhere else to have my car serviced. Israel greeted me, I trusted everything he said. Diagnosed the problem with my car. Gave me an estimate for what needed to be done. Was not “pushy” as some dealership service centers can be.

They are the best around with service, character and integrity in their work as well as how they treat their customers! The only place I would recommend.

Very good and detailed communication regarding parts ordering and scheduling to get suspension work done. Pricing not cheap but is reasonable for the Bay Area and the quality of work seems good.

The team at Central automotive is always prompt, polite, and clear about the services needed for your car. I still come back to them even after I’ve moved out of Walnut Creek.

It's not often that you walk out of an auto shop feeling like it was actually a pleasant experience! But Matt at Central Automotive made it a great experience for me as a new customer. So glad I was referred to them. This is definitely my new go-to auto shop. They were very responsive with booking an appointment, and they provided a very thorough, written report of the work performed along with pictures. I really appreciated their no-nonsense approach.

You guys are the best. There are plenty of shops much closer to my home but you all are more than worth the trip across the bridge
