Central Automotive has been taking care of my Dodge Caravan for many years ..it's a 2006 and still running, I hope for a bit longer. This past week, as I was driving to my water exercise class, I heard a big boom and lost what seemed like the ability to steer the car. I was able to make it into the parking lot and had the van towed to Central Automotive. In spite of a fully booked scheduled, they were able to quickly diagnose the problem .. a broken water pump which in turn broke the outer timing belt .. and repaired it in 2 days. I am forever grateful to this excellent group of people who go the extra mile.
