Central Automotive Service Center is awesome! Matt was thorough, patient, honest, respectful and understanding! I brought in a 2005 Saturn Vue and though the car had very low miles the regular/routine maintenance had not been done in several years. I was giving the car to a young man in need of a vehicle, but I wanted a safety inspection prior to transferring title to make sure there were no major issues. Matt and his team did a thorough inspection and explained the items that needed immediate attention. He was upfront with his assessment of the costs of repairs vs. the value of the car. Basically, the repairs needed were normal wear and tear items that had been deferred by the primary driver, but they were also safety issues so I had some decisions to make. Matt gave me time to make my decisions and answered many questions during that process. He was extremely patient and kind. Matt and his team worked quickly to order the necessary parts and get all the repairs made. When you don't know much about cars and car repairs, taking your car in to be serviced can be a stressful event. My experience was quite the opposite at Central Automotive. I felt well taken care of! Thank you Matt! I appreciate everything you did for me! The rating only allows 5 stars as the max, but they deserve 10 stars plus! I highly recommend Central Automotive Service Center!
