As usual, your service was excellent, from the greeting with a smile, when I first walked into your office, to the prompt service, to the update by telephone and the speedy check out.

Found the problem and fixed it in a timely fashion.

Rob, Matt and the team are always truthful on what needs to be repaired. Central is awesome. Will always refer friends and refer on Next Door emails!

The only reason I rated 4 stars is because it took me a lot longer than the two hrs I had been told it should take. They were running behind on a previous auto so got started with my auto pretty far into the 2 hrs.

Always attentive and professional. Trust their evaluation and suggestions for service. Highly recommend them!

Awesome staff and service!

Great service. Trustworthy. Always accommodating and very precise and clear with findings and recommendations. I am always given options without feeling pressured to have work done either prematurely or unnecessarily. I drive a Volvo, and wondered if I should worry about their expertise when I usually only see American classics up on the lifts. For me, it demonstrates they love cars! Only once did I need to take my car back, and it was a simple issue to correct. As a family, they have worked on a couple of other of cars we owned in the past. Again, no problems.

Great work! Consistently, excellent service, communicate what will be done and what will be needed, I could not ask anything more from a mechanic, and it is a pleasure doing business with them!
