Staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I appreciate the fact that they always call me by name. The repairs are done promptly and efficiently and any problems they find are only corrected after they have made a phone call to me. I have frequently recommended them to friends who don't have a reliable place to take their automobiles. As an aside, although I don't own a "vintage" car, it is of note to me that they always seem to have at least two or three vintage cars they are restoring or fixing when I go there.
