While the whole service team was amazing, Matt was exceptional. He was accommodating, patient, understanding, and very helpful. He walked through every little detail with me, and answered all of my questions patiently and honestly. He went above and beyond to do extra research about parts on my car that didn't need to be fixed immediately, in order to save me some money. My cars safety and performance were a priority for him, but it felt as if he really cared about me as the customer, as well. He was very thorough and informative, and made sure that everything was good to go before allowing me to come pick up my car. I am moving to Oakland, but will drive to Walnut Creek just to get my car serviced here. Such honest and trustworthy people-totally worth it!
