My car had failed smog and I was in a bind. Central Automotive was recommended to me. I already had a shop, but they could not do smog failure repairs. Corey took my initial call and I was very happy with the warm reception and explanation that he gave me about having my car looked at for repairs to pass my smog. I brought my car in and left it in their capable hands. I had a wonderful conversation with Rob and that sealed the deal! A very kind and helpful man. I now have a new shop that I feel very confident about and I will never wonder about what they are doing because they spend the time to let me know what is next. I had a great experience with these guys. They took the time to explain what they were doing, and were sure to answer my extensive questions. Rather than make me wait for the shuttle driver, Corey...I think his name was, came and picked me up so I wouldn't have to wait long. I look forward to bringing my Jeep and my pickup to them again.
