No more dealer services for me -- I learned more about my car's true condition at 128K miles from my Central visit than I had from all the previous dealer visits, which never ended without an urgent "up-selling" maintenance recommendation. We have been taking our cars to Central Automotive for several years and we always receive the same EXCELLENT service. They give us a ride home and pick us up when the car is ready and they always call before they do additional repairs. We will continue to take our car(s) to them.

Service was excellent. Prices seem to be a bit high, as compared to say, Walnut Creek Honda. But it's worth using this service, at least periodically, for the thoroughness of the checkup.

Quite a bit of work done on my 55 Oldsmobile and all of it done with excellence as usual. Very competent and professional shop with dedicated mechanics.

I was in an emergency situation and had to take my car to another shop to determine if the noise that it was making made it unsafe to drive. They gave me an estimate of the work that they said needed to be done within 2 weeks. I then brought my car to Central Automotive based on my previous experience, and after inspecting the car, they told me what really needed to be done. They told me that my car could go another 20 - 50k miles before I needed some of the work done. This is what I really appreciate. They are honest, upfront, and very easy to work with!

Great service ! The shuttle service really makes it convenient to get car fixed within their business hours since they are not open on Saturdays
