Great service as usual, although I was disappointed about you not investigating further the map light problem. And I wasn't crazy about waiting 25 minutes for the BART pick up, especially since the service rep told me you would be there waiting if I called you before I got to the PH station. But, I'll be back because the owners are the best.

My car was routinely serviced in a timely, thorough, and professional manner. The checking of various systems showed the nine year old battery to be near failure. It was replaced, and car was ready for pickup at the time originally promised. Prices seemed to be reasonable and in line with other comparable facilities.

I've had the best luck with Central Automotive. They are wonderfully attentive, Chuck is very patient with my lack of automotive knowledge, and their prices are so much lower than the dealership, and their quality so much higher. I can't recommend Central Automotive highly enough.
