We dropped a vehicle off unannounced and Rob was very responsive. All options were explained, questions were answered and the repairs were made in a timely manner. On a previous vehicle, a part as installed by Central was defective and they took care of that replacement without any hassle. Great, trustworthy folks!

After years of going to the Dealer. this is the 3rd time I have had my Toyota 4 Runner serviced at Central Automotive. This was only an oil change - maintance appointment but they have completed major work for me as well in the past - all with the same attention to detail. From the from office to the shop - they are very customer oriented and their automotive acumen is obvious. Prices are fair and the work excellent - I will continue to use Central Automotive, and I highly recommend them.
