Going into an auto shop after your car breaks down on your own when you have no idea what you are doing is nerve-racking. Everyone here was kind, patient, informative and trustworthy! They made efforts to keep my costs down and communicated with me every step of the way. They even went above and beyond to change my oil and replace a filter that needed it, without me asking. I highly recommend them and will be going back myself!

I have been a customer for over 20 years. I call Central Automotive the The Stanford Medical Center for cars. Sometimes I go to County Hospitals of auto repair only to return to Stanford-i.e. Central Tuneup. I would write more, but my arm is in a sling. I had my shoulder replaced yesterday.
