When I called Central Automotive I spoke to Chuck where I went into a long discussion about my car; he was a little hesitant at first with the amount of issues and information that I was giving him about the headlight and what other shops mechanics had told me. But Chuck made a same day appointment (where other shops wouldn't see me until after the holidays)Chuck still had me come in that same day and his shop fixed my headlight! And he was patient to listen to me talk about life as he continued to work in the office. Brought the car in for a dead battery and a broken window. We had bought the battery from Central in August, so it got replaced for free. They also took a look at our brakes, which were making a weird noise. The broken window cost less than quoted, the brake job was very reasonable and all the work was done in a day. What a relief to be able to bring the car in for repairs and not have it cost a fortune like it always did at the dealership.

Thanks for replacing the display screen in my Prius. Everything seems to be working fine. Thanks for the good rate on the repair. I hope it was worth it for you. I would much rather deal with you guys rather than the dealer. Despite the length of time it took to get the job done, you are still the best.
