This is a great shop. My car died and the tow truck operator took me hear. I only had 5 miles of towing with AAA. I was wary of a new car repair shop outside my neighborhood. Good, honest repair shops are few and far between. Needless to say, Rob and Chuck were great. They quickly found the problem and gave me a choice of solutions. I walked out of the shop happy. I would recommend this shop looking for a fair and honest repair.

As usual my experience with Central Auto was great. Rob and Chuck take great care of the car and keep me informed as to how it is doing at 108,000 plus miles and what can be expected next. I heard about them from a friend years ago and I am glad they have been there for my car service.

Great service, friendly staff, prompt and reliable!

I'm new to the area and brought my 19 year old Ford Explorer (approx. 175K miles) to Central for its regular service, but also to see if they'd be a good fit as a long term service shop. I dealt mainly with Chuck, who gets a gold star for communication skills and making me feel like a valued customer. They conducted a thorough exam and diagnostic and presented me with a full list of repair recommendations, clearly ranked in terms of priority. Some of these were things I never thought I could ever get done on the car due to its age and the costs involved, but Chuck presented attractive estimates that has made me rethink all that.They needed the car a day or two longer than originally planned, which didn't bother me since I know it required some serious maintenance love. But again, this was all very clearly communicated and nothing came as a surprise.I'm happy to say the car drives GREAT now -- like a car half its age and miles. I'm glad to have found a service partner to help keep my Explorer on the road for many more miles.

I trust these guys. Their prices are reasonable and they do the work they describe. Just 180k on my Chevy Tahoe thanks to them.
